Buffalo to Host 2013 BALLE Business ConferenceMay 18, 2012 Grand Rapids, MI – Earlier today, Executive Director of Buffalo First! Sarah Bishop announced that the 2013 Business Alliance for Local Living Economies (BALLE) Business Conference will be hosted in Buffalo, New York. “Buffalo First! is exceptionally proud and ever humbled to be the local network host for the 2013 BALLE Business Conference," said Bishop. "We hope that this conference will strengthen and renew our commitment as a community to building Main Street and bring about a more cohesive vision for shared prosperity through a local, living economy.” The 11th annual BALLE Business Conference is planned for early June of next year. It will bring over 700 community-minded innovators, business owners, and investors to the Buffalo-Niagara region. A press event is scheduled for early next week in Buffalo.
